Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a clear, viable startup idea

- Must live, work, or attend school in eligible locations in New York or New Jersey
- Must be 19–30 years old if not enrolled in college
- Startup must align with high-growth or high-need sectors
Participation Commitments
- 9-month program duration
- Attend 4-week sprints focused on business development
- Participate in hands-on industry externships
- Engage in small-group peer advisory sessions
