Eligibility Criteria

• Technology and biotechnology companies based in New Jersey
• Companies must have fewer than 225 U.S. employees
• Companies must be unprofitable and have net operating losses or unused R&D tax credits
• Companies must not be affiliated with the purchasing corporation
• Companies must be able to demonstrate that they are engaged in a scientific process, product, or service.

Participation Commitments

• Applications must be submitted online with all required documents and fees
• Confirmation of application submission is required
• Participants must comply with all program requirements as outlined by NJEDA.
