Eligibility Criteria

• Early-stage B2B/B2G founders; the program is described for early-stage B2B founders in North America
• No revenue required; traction is a bonus, not a prerequisite
• Solo founders are welcome, but at least one co-founder or core collaborator is strongly encouraged (preferred)
• Applicants must be able to build and test prototypes independently using code, no-code tools or functional demos
• Applicants must be US-based or willing to incorporate, and must be a US entity before Phase 2 begins in March 2027
• Sector-agnostic, provided the idea creates meaningful value through technology

Participation Commitments

• Application is reviewed on a rolling basis and the stated deadline is 11 December 2026 at 11:59 PM PT
• Selected teams must be able to build and test prototypes independently; solo founders are welcome but at least one co-founder or core collaborator is strongly encouraged
• Selected teams must be a US entity before Phase 2 begins in March 2027
• Phase 1: Venture Design starts 1 February 2027, runs 4 weeks online and is equity-free
• Phase 2: Demand Validation starts 22 March 2027, runs 8 weeks in hybrid mode with in-person intensives in the SF Bay Area (5 days + 2 days), and involves a $20,000 SAFE investment
• Phase 3: Value Delivery starts 1 June 2027, runs until fundraising readiness (about 9 months) in hybrid mode, and selected teams may receive up to $200,000 in funding
• Phase 3 includes lighthouse customer acquisition, repeatable sales pattern, fundable metrics, investor-ready narrative, NEC technology differentiation, warm introductions and Demo Day
