Eligibility Criteria
- Only limited companies (aktiebolag)
- Maximum 10 years since establishment
- Maximum 10 employees
- Maximum 10 million SEK in net sales or balance sheet total
- Must not have distributed profits
- Registered for F-tax and VAT
- Registered for employer contributions if there are salary costs
Participation Commitments
- Must sign a document approving participation and committing to project execution
- Regular reporting on progress, costs, and results during the project
- If multiple parties are involved, mutual rights and obligations must be agreed upon in an agreement
