Eligibility Criteria

• Must be an independent nonprofit organization, B Corporation, C Corporation, hybrid organization, or a fiscally sponsored entity with a clear separation plan
• Must be in the post-pilot, pre-scale stage with a product already in the market showing early impact
• Solutions must directly impact at least 10,000 people within five years and demonstrate exponential growth potential
• The founding team must be full-time and possess a deep understanding of the problem being addressed
